- 3 Large Village Farms cucumbers, seeded and cut into ½ inch chunks
- 2 Cups plain yogurt or yogurt cheese
- 2 Tsps minced garlic
- 2 Tsps finely chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill if possible for about an hour to let flavors blend.
- Serve at room temperature with pita bread or pita crisps (baguette slices in lieu of pita).
