Ingredients:
- 2 cups Nature’s Greens® Kale
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Fuji apple, chopped
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
Instructions:
- Combine kale and water in a blender and blend until kale is liquefied.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
