Fresh Mango Salsa

  • 3 ripe mangos
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced (or about 1/4 cup lime juice)
  • a pinch of salt (to taste)
  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice
  3. Using a large spoon, stir the ingredients together. Season to taste with salt, and stir again. For best flavor, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes or longer.
