Cantaloupe Slushies
Ingredients:
- 9 cups cubed cantaloupe, frozen for at least 8 hours
- 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
- 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 cups lime sparkling water
Instructions:
- First, let the cantaloupe chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost some. Then, add them to a blender along with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) of sparkling water.
- Pulse the blender until the melon starts to break up some, then blend to form a thick, slushy consistency. Adjust the Maple Syrup to taste, adding more if necessary. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, you can also add in extra sparkling water. Divide equally into 4 glasses, serve, and enjoy!
