Trifle Salad

  • 3 heads Tanimura & Antle ArtisanĀ® Lettuce, washed
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups grated or matchstick carrots
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups small salad croutons
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup sugared pecans
  • Cranberry Vinaigrette

*or leaf lettuce of choice

  1. Layer the ingredients in the following order: grapes; 1 head Artisan Lettuce (torn); carrots; cucumber; 1 head Artisan Lettuce (torn); cherry tomatoes; croutons; 1 head Artisan Lettuce (torn); Feta and pecans.
  2. Cover the salad and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Drizzle cranberry vinaigrette over salad and enjoy.
