Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 6oz non-fat vanilla yogurt
  1. Add milk, blueberries, strawberries, and yogurt to a blender. 
  2. Mix until smooth! If you are using fresh fruit, you may need to add ice to thicken. 
  3. Enjoy your cold drink!
