Seald Sweet's Clementine Bon Bons


2 Clementines, peeled and sectioned

1/2 Cup semisweet chocolate chips

2/3 Cup shredded sweetened coconut, chopped nuts, chopped peanuts or sprinkles (optional)

A Healthy Alternative for the chocolate coating: 

1/2 Cup organic raw cocoa powder

4 Tablespoons organic coconut oil (melted/liquid)

2 Tablespoons organic maple syrup ( or your favorite liquid sweetener)



Pour desired toppings into small bowls. Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave. Transfer to a small bowl and stir. Dip one end of each clementine into the chocolate, then coat with topping and place on cookie sheet. Chill until hardened, about 15 minutes. Yield: About 20 pieces
