1 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp curry powder
2 cups sliced apples
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup of grapes
2 carrots peeled and sliced
1 cucumber peeled and sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1- Mix yogurt and peanut butter in a bowl, divide in half and place in separate bowls
2- Add cinnamon to one of the dips and curry powder to the other dip. Mix well
Serve the cinnamon dip with apples, bananas and grapes.
Serve the curry dip with carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes.
