Ingredients:
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Ripe Banana
- ½ Cup melted butter
- 6 Cups Dry Steel Cut Oats
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Cups of fresh raspberries
- 1 ½ Cups of fresh blueberries
- 3 Cups of 2% Milk
Instructions:
Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes; add remaining ingredients & stir together. Pour into 9X13 greased pan & bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
